2 Chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
2 onions
12 cherry or grape tomatoes
Marinade
1/4 cup Steak Sauce
1 tbsp fermented chili paste
3 tbsp honey
Cut Chicken Breast into 1.25” Squares
Combine marinate ingredients into a Ziploc bag with chicken breast pieces and place into a cooler to marinate overnight.
Cut peppers & onions into 1.25” squares
Load chicken, peppers, tomatoes, and onion on skewers, length measured to fit on BioLite grill.
For best results: cook over wood until chicken is fully cooked or to 165 degrees
